The provisions for making a declaration of renunciation under Indian citizenship law require that the person making the declaration be " of full age and capacity ".

The designated compliance officer should be a natural person of full age and capacity and ordinarily resident in Singapore but he need not be a partner of the LLP . In the light of the duties imposed on the designated compliance officer, no person should be designated as a designated compliance officer of a LLP without his consent.
